Information you provide

• Orders: the selected product, the amount and payment reference, and any email or delivery details the listing asks for.
• Accounts: your name, username and email address. Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash, never in readable form.
• Wallet withdrawals: the payout method and account details you enter so we can send the money.
• Tool requests and reseller replies: the tool or requirement you describe and the contact number you provide.
• Reviews and scam reports: the name, text, rating, screenshots or proof images, order reference and any contact details you submit. These are checked before publication, and only approved content is shown publicly.
• Support: the messages and phone number you use when you contact us on WhatsApp.

Share only what is needed. Never send passwords, payment PINs or one-time verification codes.

How payments are verified

Each order or wallet top-up has a unique amount. We match it automatically against the payment confirmation that our bank or Binance sends us, which can include the sender's name and transaction reference. We use this only to confirm the payment and keep the record for support and accounting.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to resume checkout (up to 7 days). Your browser also stores your language and currency choice, an in-progress order, a random visitor ID used to count active visitors, and the advertising link you arrived from (up to 30 days). Meta's click identifier cookie may be kept for up to 90 days.

Analytics and advertising

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and performance. Google Analytics may also be used when enabled. We use the Meta Pixel to record page views, product views, checkout starts and purchases, so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. When an order is delivered, our server may also send the purchase to Meta's Conversions API with your email address in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address, browser details and the order value. These services process information under their own privacy terms.

Emails

When you create an account or reset a password, we use the Google Gmail API to send a verification code or reset message to the email address you provide. We may also email you about your orders and occasional store updates; message us on WhatsApp if you do not want store updates. Our integration uses Gmail only to send messages; it does not read, search, modify or delete your inbox. Google account data obtained through the Gmail API is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Language welcome prompt

For visitors located in Pakistan, we use the country and public IP address supplied by our hosting provider to show the language welcome prompt only once per IP address. We store a one-way keyed hash of the IP address and the date the prompt was completed; we do not store the raw IP address for this feature. Your language choice is saved in your browser and can be changed from the website header. People sharing one public IP may share the same prompt status.

Other services

The website is hosted on Vercel. Product icons may be loaded from Google, and the website links to WhatsApp, social media profiles, payment providers and tool providers. Opening an external link takes you away from this website.
